| Terry Fricks has more than 40 years of experience in the concrete construction business. He is a regular speaker on specialty floor slabs for the World of Concrete, ACI and the Material Handling Institute of America. He is a member of ACI Committees 302-Construction of Concrete Floors, 360-Design of slabs on grade and 223-Shrinkage Compensating Concrete. |

Greg is a member of American Concrete Institute, American Society of Concrete Contractors and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. |

| Brad Fricks has 17 years of concrete construction experience – knowledgeable in all areas of industrial concrete floors. Brad is integral in contract negotiation, project management, quality control and every detail that helps provide customers with a superior product. Arrington is a Certified Public Account with over 20 years of experience in the concrete construction industry, including cement, ready-mix, and aggregate manufacturing, heavy highway, general, and specialty concrete slab construction. He is the Chief Financial Officer of The Fricks Company. Graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Accounting in 1985. He has been with The Fricks Company since 1997. |

Larry Adams has more than 40 years of concrete construction experience. His extensive concrete knowledge is an asset to The Fricks Company and his experience is evident in the projects he supervises. Larry has also worked as a branch manager for Ready-Mixed concrete. He has been with The Fricks Company since November 15, 2004.

He is responsible for all areas of project supervision including project planning, vendor deliveries, maintaining and enforcing safety procedures, quality and cost control.
